Miniature ball rail systems
The miniature version of the ball rail systems was specially developed for compact applications in the fields of medical and automation technology and the electrical industry. Ball bearing linear guide systems with extremely small dimensions but high load-bearing capacity are required in these sectors in particular. Our products offer outstanding performance in these sizes. Thanks to the equally high load capacities of the guide units in all four main directions of loadings, this system optimally meets the very special requirements in these production segments.
Roller rail systems High Precision
Rexroth Roller Rail Systems are designed to meet the highest demands on precision and rigidity in Linear Motion Technology. Our range offers compact, roller bearingmounted linear guides in various accuracy classes. The Runner Blocks and Guide Rails feature extremely high load-bearing capacity and rigidity. The advantages of the roller bearing design greatly improve energy efficiency and achieve a mechanical efficiency that is 90 % better than sliding guides.

Clamping and braking units
Rexroth's range of accessories also includes clamping and deceleration units. The clamping units prevent linear guides from moving when at rest. Deceleration units are designed to bring linear guides to a standstill during movement and hold them at rest. These elements have no guiding function.
